Golf
Situated on 130 acres, Deal is known for its tight fairways, penal bunkering, and highly-contoured greens consistent with courses designed by Donald Ross. Each hole begins from one of three sets of bent grass tee boxes, which were designed to accommodate a range of playing abilities.
In 2006 Deal continued its rich tradition of golf excellence when it hosted the New Jersey State Amateur for the third time. That same year our Golf Professional, Jason Lamp, won the 86th New Jersey Open Championship at Hollywood Golf Club.
During the golf season, members enjoy to opportunity to work with Jason Lamp and his staff to sharpen their skills. Whether you need an early season tune-up or are new to the game his staff is available to assist in meeting your goals.
Men and women enjoy an active schedule of golf events during the season. These events allow members to test their golf skills and enjoy the camaraderie of playing with other members that share the love of the game and the social aspects of membership. An active and eager women’s membership plays in organized groups on a weekly basis, with offerings of both 9 and 18 holes.

Deal Golf & Country boasts many different dining settings. Our soon-to-be constructed mixed and Men's grills are perfect for a casual lunch with guests, corporate lunch with clients or a pleasant dinner with the family. The patio, overlooking the first tee, provides a lovely atmosphere during the summer for dining alfresco. For a true dining experience the formal dining room provides an exquisite setting for special celebrations or intimate dining for two. Members can start their evenings off with signature cocktails, served on our wrap-around porch or cozy up next to one of our three fireplaces located inside the clubhouse.
Our professional service staff, personal event coordinator and culinary team, headed by Chef Carolyn Flinn, are eager to assist with your dining needs.

Platform Tennis
Platform Tennis (Paddle Tennis) is offered to all members and is a great way to remain active outdoors all season long, especially during the winter months. There are two new courts along with our paddle hut. All members are encouraged to come out and learn the game. Paddle Tennis lessons are available to members of all ages.
In addition to everyday recreational play, Deal CC has Men's and Women's paddle teams that play in Shore area and New Jersey State Leagues. |
